The seller is Peng Yicai, operating as Warm Lead Pack. The product is a one-time digital warm lead pack: a research list of publicly posted tool-seeking / buyer-intent signals for niches you specify after checkout. It is not a subscription unless a future offer expressly says so.
You receive a personal / internal-team license to use the delivered list for your own outreach and research. Resale, republishing, or redistributing the list as a product is not allowed.
We do not guarantee sales, replies, meetings, or revenue. We guarantee a good-faith search for public intent signals matching your brief, subject to the refund policy below.

You are responsible for how you contact people on the list. Outreach must be helpful and non-spammy and must comply with the platform rules and laws that apply to you (including anti-spam and privacy rules).
Packs are built from public posts and public handles. You must not ask us to obtain private contact data from closed sources, and we will not provide that.
Prices are shown on the landing page / checkout. Payment is processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider(s) (e.g. Creem when that checkout is used). Taxes/invoices may be issued by that provider as required.
The site and packs are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. New purchases after an update are under the updated Terms.
