Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-03 · Seller: Warm Lead Pack / Peng Yicai · Support: pengyicai203@gmail.com

Warm Lead Pack is a one-time digital product. This page summarizes refunds and cancellations. Full contract terms are in the Terms of Service.

Guarantee

If fewer than 20 usable leads are found for your niche after a good-faith search, you choose: a full refund or a free redo. We guarantee intent-signal research effort, not closed deals or replies.

How to request a refund or redo

• Email pengyicai203@gmail.com from the address used at checkout.
• Include your order reference / payment receipt and niche brief.
• Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider / merchant of record.

Cancellation

If you cancel before delivery and work has not meaningfully started, we will help reverse or refund the charge when the payment provider allows. After delivery, the 20-usable-leads guarantee above applies; change-of-mind refunds are not offered unless required by law.
